Services: "One Stop Shopping" for domestic violence victims. It is a collaborative group of agencies in one center. FJCHC will provide a team of coordinated services to deliver immediate relief to victims and their families from the pain of domestic violence.

The Spring

Services: 24 hour hotline, crisis counseling, safe emergency shelter, after-hours/week-end and holiday filing of injunctions for protection, individual counseling, support groups for adults and children, education and employment readiness assistance, case management and referral to community resources, on-site licensed child care, K-12 Hillsborough County School, domestic violence legal assistance through Bay Area Legal Services.

Mary and Martha House, Inc.

Services: A shelter to women 18 years of age and older and their children who are homeless and/or victims of domestic violence. Mary and Martha House offers a safe haven, computer training, parenting classes, self esteem, nutrition, job search referral and help with child care and anger management. Also provides transitional housing and a thrift store in Ruskin.

Centre for Women

Hours: M-Th 8:30-5:00; F 8:00-4:30; Evening appointments are available.
Services: Provides substance abuse evaluation and outpatient treatment for women, supportive counseling, psycho-educational groups and classes, job placement assistance and employability skills training; home repair and weatherization for elderly home owners; and programs for pre-adolescent and adolescent girls. Each program strives to assist clients to achieve or maintain self-sufficiency.
