Services: Provides therapeutic recreation programs and services that assist participants in eliminating barriers to recreation, developing recreational skills and optimizing recreation involvement. There are many exercise programs for adults and teens. Call for class information. Classes on obesity for children and adults begin in January.

Services. Provides 12 YMCA sites throughout county. Call to find nearest sites and schedules. The YMCAs provide a variety of physical, social and recreational activities for children and adults throughout the day.. Also provides a volunteer program. Adaptive youth programs and senior fitness programs available.
